I do enjoy shooting and editing digital video when I have the time, and have been a digital video enthusiast since the first cameras came out in the mid-1990s. Whether it’s dragging a camera to the top of the Peruvian Andes, producing HD training videos for the Olympics, or creating tim-lapse videos for son’s science classed, it’s all a blast.

Although I have a standard Panasonic HD camera, I’m currently having the most fun with the Digital SLRs that can also shoot HD, such as my Canon 2Ti. The ability to change lenses adds agreat depth of field effect to what otherwise would be a flat shot.
